Rémi Leroy is a talented winegrower on the Côte des Bar in Champagne, where he cultivates 9 hectares of vines using a sustainable approach that respects the environment. Trained as an agricultural engineer and oenologist, he favours integrated viticulture, with a focus on biodiversity and minimal intervention in the cellar. His champagnes, mainly made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, are distinguished by their finesse, precision and authentic expression of the terroir.
