Domaine Bordaxuria
Domaine Bordaxuria, located in Ispoure near Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port in the Basque Country, is a family-run wine estate spanning 9.5 hectares of terraced vineyards. Founded by Elorri Reca and Brice Robelet in 2014, the estate is cultivated according to organic farming principles. The vines are mainly composed of local grape varieties such as Tannat, Cabernet Franc, Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng and Petit Courbu. Domaine Bordaxuria's unique terroir, characterized by red sandstone soils and exposure to oceanic influences, enables the production of exceptional wines. The estate produces red, white, rosé and even orange wines, all reflecting the distinctive character of the region.
