👨🏼‍🌾White wine made by Les Petits Riens.

An astral epite like you will rarely taste. Under its poetic airs hides a wine of formidable finesse: Captivating with crisp white fruits, a hint of acacia honey and a discreet floral caress. On the palate it is a delicate embrace between vivacity and roundness, held until the mineral and salivating finish. The praise of well-made details, a balance between earth and cosmos, to be enjoyed among dreamy friends and demanding experts. A bottle? No, a suspended moment

Domaine Les Petits Riens was founded in 2013 by Fabien Bonnet, originally from Franche-Comté, and Stephania Galimberti, from Milan. Their meeting, during their professional experiences in the wine industry, notably with Marie-Thérèse Chappaz in Valais, was the starting point for their joint project. Located in the Aosta Valley, this estate covers 2.5 hectares, where a wide variety of grape varieties are cultivated, including Cornalin du Val d'Aoste and Petit Rouge. The estate's vines are rich in biodiversity, surrounded by flowers, fruit trees and vegetable gardens, illustrating a mixed culture in harmony with nature. This approach reflects their commitment to ultra-environmentally friendly viticulture. The harvests are manual, and the vinifications take place with minimal intervention, using indigenous yeasts and very little sulfur. Each grape variety is vinified separately. The estate produces between 150 and 700 bottles per vintage, totaling 7 to 8 different vintages depending on the year. The wines of Les Petits Riens are distinguished by their purity, their fruity brilliance and their tannic accuracy. The philosophy of the estate is translated into wines that reflect the character of the mountains of the Aosta Valley, with great authenticity and a deep respect for nature. The wines of the Les Petits Riens estate embody an artisanal and meticulous approach, offering a unique experience of alpine wines. Fabien and Stephania, guided by the poetry and beauty of small details, produce precious wines. Their work is a true ode to respectful viticulture, where each bottle tells a story of passion, respect and connection with the unique terroir of the Aosta Valley.

Who are we ?

Created in 2010, Vinograf was taken over in July 2024 by Clara & Baptiste. With their experience with Marée Haute, they work to perpetuate Vinograf's strong commitments: a careful selection of established or novice artisan winemakers, all driven by the concern for excellence in their practices, in the magnification of terroirs and the search for authenticity of taste.

Several specifications correspond to these names. If we very often hear about sulphites, rightly accused of giving a headache, many other products can be used in the composition of so-called conventional wines.
Here is an overview of the different organic, biodynamic and natural specifications:
The organic specifications (AB label) prohibit any use of synthetic chemicals in the vineyards and in the winery. However, it allows some oenological crutches during winemaking. Sulfites, for example, are tolerated up to 100 mg/L for red wines and 150 mg/L for whites.

In biodynamics (Demeter or Biodyvin label), the winemaker not only works without synthetic chemicals, but also takes into account the lunar calendar for all the operations he carries out. He will also use biodynamic preparations (fermented horn dung, silica, plant herbal tea, etc.) to strengthen the vines. Overall, the winegrower seeks to include the cultivation of the vine in a global environment. Sulphites can go up to 70 mg/L for reds and 90 mg/L for whites.

In natural wine (Vin Method Nature label), the specifications specify the use of organic grapes, fermenting naturally using native yeasts (as in biodynamics). Natural wines see no input during all vinification and aging. Only minimum doses of SO2 are permitted (30 mg/L maximum), and must be mentioned by the winemaker. No brutal filtration or wine alteration techniques are permitted. We also find the name SAINS Wines which aims to completely prohibit the use of sulphites.

We strive to offer you wines from artisan wines, from estates on a human scale and often family-owned. And that's why we take the time to travel across France from vineyard to vineyard in search of these natural wines that thrill us.
We are particularly keen to introduce you to the new winegrowers of tomorrow who work tirelessly to offer us magnificent wines.
We want to highlight them, and allow them to have greater, clearer visibility and wish to accompany them to you!
